Document volume is a guide, not a trap.
A slightly higher document count in one month does not automatically mean moving to the next package. If the higher workload becomes permanent, we will review the package together.
What counts as a document?
Sales and purchase invoices, expense reports and other entries that need to be recorded in the accounts. A bank transaction linked to an invoice does not count as a separate document. For larger volumes of investment, securities or crypto transactions, we assess the workload separately.
Need something more?
If your business needs something that is not included in the package, we’ll discuss it beforehand and agree the price. No surprises on your invoice.
Annual report
Your annual report does not have to be an annual rescue operation.
When the accounts are kept in order throughout the year, preparing the annual report is straightforward too.
If all the year’s paperwork has only just landed on the table, there is no need to panic. We can help.
One-off annual report from €100
For ongoing clients, the annual report costs one monthly fee. If the accounts need tidying up first, we will review the workload and agree the price before we start.
The management report is prepared by the management board.

Payday should be the easiest part of the month.
We handle payroll, TSD filings and standard annual leave calculations. Payroll is also available separately, without ongoing accounting.
Alates 20 € / month
Sick leave, enforcement orders, final settlements, foreign employees and unusually complex payroll calculations are priced separately.

Before we work together, you probably want to know a few things.
Can I change accountants in the middle of the year?
Yes. We review the current situation, take over the necessary data and agree on how to move forward.
Can I order only an annual report?
Yes. You can order an annual report even if we do not handle your monthly accounting. Annual reports from €100.
Can payroll be ordered separately?
Yes. Payroll can also be ordered without ongoing accounting. From €20 per month.
What happens if the document count increases a little in one month?
A few extra documents in one month do not automatically mean moving to the next price level. If the workload increases permanently, we will review the package together.
Are VAT and TSD filings included?
Yes. Standard VAT returns are included, and TSD filings are part of payroll. More complex VAT arrangements, such as OSS, VD and other special cases, are agreed separately.
Which accounting systems do you work with?
We use Excellent, SmartAccounts, Merit and Directo every day. We also work with Odoo and Navision, and use Envoice, Finbite and CostPocket for document and expense automation.
Do you work with e-residents?
Yes. We also work with e-resident entrepreneurs whose company is in Estonia but who do not live here.
