Each additional employee +€15 / monthThe package includes standard payroll for 1, 2 or 4 employees, depending on the package. Each additional employee costs €15 per month.

Document volume is a guide, not a trap.

A few extra documents in one month do not automatically mean moving to the next package. If the higher workload becomes permanent, we will review the package together.

What counts as a document?

Sales and purchase invoices, expense reports and other entries that need to be recorded in the accounts. A bank transaction linked to an invoice does not count as a separate document. For larger volumes of investment, securities or crypto transactions, we assess the workload separately.

Need something more?

If your business needs something that is not included in the package, we’ll discuss it beforehand and agree the price. No surprises on your invoice.
